Dynamics 365 developers who speak .NET

Plugins, integrations and clean-up of Dynamics 365 CRM, by engineers who know both the platform and the C# code behind it. For Privalgo we cut 159 unmanaged solution components down to 7 managed ones, and we’re still with them 2.5 years later.

From a CRM nobody wanted to touch to one the team can trust

Privalgo’s Dynamics 365 had grown complex and fragile. A team of 3 audited it, cleaned up the solutions, fixed plugins and integrations, and recovered production when it broke.

Sound familiar?

When Dynamics 365 slows your team down

Most Dynamics 365 environments we see grew for years without a clear structure. That is fixable, step by step, without stopping the business.

Diagram: Dynamics 365 development, UAT and production environments with managed solutions and integrations
  • Every deployment to production feels risky.
  • UAT and production no longer match, so tests do not tell you much.
  • Plugins run on outdated .NET versions and nobody wants to touch them.
  • Duplicate records and broken automations erode trust in the data.
  • Your internal team spends more time firefighting than improving the CRM.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Do you work on Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement?

Yes. We customise, extend and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM, from configuration and plugins to integrations with other systems.

Can you clean up an existing Dynamics 365 environment?

Yes. We regularly take over environments with years of unmanaged customisations and bring them into a clean, managed solution structure.

Do you implement Dynamics 365 from scratch?

Our strength is development and technical work on Dynamics 365. For licensing and large functional roll-outs we work alongside your Microsoft partner or internal team.

Can your Dynamics 365 developers join our team?

Yes. Through Team Extension our developers join your team, your backlog and your release process.

How do you charge?

Team Extension is billed monthly on Time & Material. Clearly scoped work, such as a clean-up or an upgrade, can be done for a fixed fee.

How do you use AI?

Our engineers work with Claude and Cursor in practically every project. It roughly doubles their output and shortens delivery by up to 40%, with the same savings on cost. Senior engineers stay in charge of architecture and review every AI-assisted change, and we agree with you up front which tools and models may be used on your code and data.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on the seniority and the number of people you need. Team Extension and dedicated teams are billed monthly on Time & Material, with no recruitment fees, and most clients start with one or two engineers. Proofs of concept and clearly scoped projects can be done for a fixed fee. After a 30-minute call you get a concrete proposal with rates for the profiles you need.

Security & trust

Ready for your procurement and security review

We work with companies like Cisco and EF Education First, so the paperwork is part of the job. Whatever your policies require, we sign and follow.

NDA, before anything else

We sign your NDA before you share anything about your project.

Data Processing Agreement

A GDPR-compliant DPA whenever we process personal data on your behalf.

Professional liability insurance

Our work is covered by professional liability (OC) insurance, with details for your procurement team on request.

Your hardware, your accounts

If your security policy requires it, our engineers work only on your laptops, VPN and accounts.

Certified engineers

Most of our engineers hold Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud or Claude certifications.

AI on your terms

We agree up front which AI tools and models can be used on your code and data, and nothing else is.
